Contested deletion

This article should not be speedily deleted for lack of asserted importance because it is one of the oldest schools in the city and likely the province. It is also the most expensive and prestigious. It should be easy to source. --Anna Frodesiak (talk) 05:21, 24 January 2016 (UTC)[reply]

I removed the speedy template, but the article has been prodded for deletion, and I'd prefer not to remove that template as well. I'm curious, James Allison: even if the article's creator has admitted to a conflict of interest, how is that evident in the article's tone or content? I like to keep the COI tag in my pocket unless it's rather egregious. --73.159.24.89 (talk) 01:03, 26 January 2016 (UTC)[reply]
