Help Regarding Proper Citation For Intreviews

Hi all,

I am attempting to add proper citations where needed for this page, and have come to a crossroads regarding adding manual citations I have found the proper citation needed for "Jansher Khan started his career as an employee of Pakistan Air Force." via https://www.worldsquash.org/wp-content/uploads/2021/01/210118__Jansher-Khan-Hall-of-Fame.pdf. I am more than happy if someone would want to do this for me, however I would still love any advice on how I can do this as an individual in the future.
