The following people are some of the social activists from Jharkhand who have been with the movement for over three decades even though they may not be in the news their names should go back to the list. P Minz

You did the right thing. Unless a person is notable to have an independent page on wikipedia, just adding the names looks of no value. I request the editors using this name to read Wikipedia:notability and also WP:BLP and if they are confident to create at least a stub with references and contents establishing notability, they are most welcome to add the name and also create the stub.
