Can someone better translate what Article L2122-9 and Article L2122-10 mean? I guess I'm not quite understanding the term "juridiction administrative" and if by annulment, they simply or basically mean the end of a term of a council? In Article 2122-10, I'm also not sure that the second paragraph is translating correctly, so I'm not exactly sure what it reads or means. In any case, I'd like to add something about how vacancies are filled for mayor and councillors, but would like to understand better the law. --Criticalthinker (talk) 11:51, 14 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]
