Picture overview

Hello fellow Wikipedians,
Do you think it is ok that the bloody face of Farkhondeh is used in this page, considering the fact that a range of age groups see this page? In my opinion, this picture can be inappropriate for some groups and should be omitted. But it can be kept in Wikimedia.
