I notice that the Australia section of this article has been nominated to be checked for neutrality. I believe that, yes, this section should be rewritten to fit a more neutral stance. Most of it seems to need a makeover (if you will), but the most blatant ones are: "Ford chose a bold direction for the Falcon's design." and "The flagship models, the XR8 and Fairmont Ghia looked better, and the AUII update improved the stance of the range."

Overall, a check for neutrality would be indeed necessary in my eyes. (Quotes are property of the one who originally wrote them in and I claim no credit for them.) --BillxMach (talk) 22:25, 21 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Mondeo

[edit]

The article states "The following year, the Ford Ka became the first production vehicle using the styling, followed by the revised Mondeo in 1996", however, I'm not convinced at all that the Mk2 Mondeo (facelift of 1st Gen Mondeo) was an example of Ford New Edge styling. It looks nothing like any of the other New Edge cars. The Mk3 Mondeo (CD132) does have a very similar design language to that of the Mk1 Focus & Mk6 Fiesta, so I'd suggest that it was the 2000-2006 MY Mondeo that was New Edge, even though the Wiki page for that claims that Ford had abandoned it for the Mk3, which I also think is wrong.
