Name change

I would like to change the name to "Norwegian road network" and describe a little about both the national roads and the county roads. There is something written about the county roads today but the article is not updated against the responsibility reform of 2010. Also I would like to change name of road articles, like Norwegian National Road 22 to Norwegian Road 22. Today all articles in Category:Norwegian national roads are called national roads, but many aren't and some like Road 22 is both national road and county road.--BIL (talk) 06:29, 2 May 2014 (UTC)[reply]
