Clarifying notability

Hi OligoclonalBand, thanks again for starting this draft, and the other work you have done to add neurologists to the encyclopedia. I have already made some edits to clarify Singhi’s notability, based on material you already had in the entry. When I made a quick search, it also appears that she has some attention in the popular press and other notice for awards she’s won. That strikes me as an opportunity that expand the entry and further make the case. I will see if I can start the section and would welcome your adding to it too if you’re able.
