[edit]Roger alan wade (talk · contribs) has made edits to this article in the past; while they don't seem to have been substantial, for a stub small edits can make a big difference. —/Mendaliv/2¢/Δ's/ 00:40, 28 March 2009 (UTC)
Notability
[edit]I deprodded this for several reasons. He wrote "Country State of Mind" with Hank Williams Jr. which was a big country hit, his songs have been used in the Jackass movie (note: he's J. Knoxville's cousin), and there is significant coverage: Legendary Locals of Chattanooga, High Performance, The Daily Citizen, Canoe.ca, and MTV says that he has also written for Johnny Cash, Waylon Jennings, and George Jones. Perhaps not the most notable musician on Wikipedia but is at least borderline when it comes to notability. --Michig (talk) 14:20, 1 January 2013 (UTC)
Reigning on Wade
[edit]For those who are interested, a friend of mine, rising Atlanta singer Angela Reign, covers one of Wade's compositions, "The Reckless Kind." Angela's version has received airplay on local music showcase programs here in Atlanta, and recently Angela made a re-mixed recording of the song which makes it sound very different. You can check out the song and many other of Miss Reign's recordings on her ReverbNation page, http://www.reverbnation.com/angelareign and judge for yourself. Just thought I should mention this.
