secondary orality as interactive?

[edit]

I am familiar with this topic and I don't think that either McLuhan or Ong used secondary orality to refer to interpersonal communication a la texting. They were talking about television and radio. I am going to edit this page accordingly. If you disagree, please show the source where either talk about interpersonal written communication as secondary orality. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Wiselot (talkcontribs) 22:42, 12 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Unsure of source

[edit]

This page uses a MA candidate, Liliana Bounegru as a source and includes a link to the candidate's blog. I think this is probably a case of vanity citation. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Tullyis (talkcontribs) 10:24, 27 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]
