Talk:Software wars
Contested deletion
[edit]This article should not be speedy deleted as being recently created, because... (your reason here) --
The topic deserves a special seperate page. Just because it seems to read like an essay does not mean it is not an important topic.
The process I describe is based on years of research. It is founded on fact and this topic needs to be researched more clearly in the future, I have to admit.
When the "Edison vs. Westinghouse - War of currents" deserves a seperate page then the "Software wars" does as well. Software has become an unvaluable key technology and economic resource of huge proportions. This is just out of question already.
No where else on Wikipedia is this topic covered in a desireable fashion (not even in "Hacker culture")
There is a book about this topic on the market as well: "After the Software Wars" by Keith Curtis (ex Microsoft)
Thank your for your understanding and compassion and don't be ignorant about coders lifes and economic bases.
