Akersvatne som det heter på Ranværing, er et oppdemt vattn som brukes til vannkraft. i området rundt Akersvattne er det mange hytter. ca 400 hytter i område. heftige påskefeiringer. mye fyll og spetakkel. en del fyllekjøring i helgene men ellers en ok plass.
