- It is reasonably well written.
- a (prose): b (MoS):
- In the route description, since you already defined the abbreviation for U.S. Highways in the lead, the mention of intersecting U.S. Highways should be abbreviated.
- "and junctions with WIS 25 in Barron" junctions doesn't sound right as a verb.
- You use "US 8" in a lot in the route description and history. Can some of these instances be changed?
- "It collects WIS 47 south on the southwest side of Rhinelander." can a different verb be used than collects? Also, "Seven miles in, the highway collects WIS 32 from the north"
- a (prose): b (MoS):
- It is factually accurate and verifiable.

- It is broad in its coverage.
- a (major aspects): b (focused):
- In the first sentence of the lead, I would mention all three states US 8 passes through.

I will place the article on hold for some issues to be addressed. Dough4872 23:22, 21 March 2013 (UTC)
- Copy edits applied to the RD, but the lead sentence doesn't need alteration. The other two states are mentioned in the second sentence, and the length disparity (the WI segment is an order of magnitude longer than the MN segment, which is an order of magnitude longer than the MI segment...) means that the defining characteristic is the "most in WI" bit. - I will now pass the article. Dough4872 00:15, 22 March 2013 (UTC)
