Bibliography

The bibliography section should be more concise. There is no need to copy all of the German titles from de.wiki. Only more important ones of non-English titles should be included. Miacek and his crime-fighting dog (t) 12:05, 14 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Why is that? According to MOS:WORKS "Complete lists of works, appropriately sourced to reliable scholarship (WP:V) are are encouraged, [...]". --Quasimodogeniti (talk) 03:54, 16 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I think this goes for the sources written in English.
At least I can say that it is an unusual practice here to present detailed bibliographies of sources written in languages other than English, in case of subjects translated from other Wikis, that already have the equivalent bibliography there.
