Thanks. As I was checking for close paraphrasing, I noticed that valuable information about the rig and the construction delays (cited in footnotes 4 and 10) could enhance the article. Perhaps you could mention that it is the latest in submersible technology, and some of the problems encountered in testing. Yoninah (talk) 12:52, 8 July 2012 (UTC)
