History
Although GWO's YouTube channel didn't publish its first video until September 1 of the same year, it was started on July 2, 2020. The first video published was a singles match for the then-vacant GWO Heavyweight Championship. The channel then posted five more videos on the same day. One of the videos was a box match, GWO's own variation of the classic Tables Match between Grayson and Nolan. The only way to win this type of match is by smashing your opponent through a cardboard box. There was also a No Limits match (GWO's name for a no disqualification match), again for the GWO Championship between Shade and Creamsicle. The GWO Championship was on the line one more time that day, in another No Limits match between the two. The other two videos posted were highlights pulled from the day's matches. The first highlight video showed Nolan putting a thumbtack through Grayson's finger, which happened during their Box Match, and the other was of Creamsicle hitting Shade over the head with a wooden stick and pinning him to win the GWO Championship.
On October 5, 2020, Gladiator Wrestling Organization debuted their Tag Team Championships. The Demolition Crew (Shade and Nolan) squared off with The Nerds (Creamsicle and Grayson) for the vacant titles.
On October 20, 2020, Gladiator Wrestling Organization launched another channel, titled The GWO Show. The pilot episode of the GWO Show was posted on the same day and featured reporter Cole Clement explaining what the channel would be used for and also discussing another topic. Clement said that he was hired by GWO to be in charge of the GWO Show, but it was later revealed that he had been the main commentator for the channel's matches ever since it was founded. GWO's main channel posted a video featuring short segments of various GWO Gladiators explaining to the viewers why they should go check out the GWO Show.

GWO Gladiators
Creamsicle
Creamsicle is GWO's largest competitor by size. He weighs in around 180 lbs and is about 6'0. He is currently a heel character. His finishing maneuver is the Curtain Call, which is similar to The Rock's Rock Bottom and Lars Sullivan's Freak Accident moves. He also uses his own submission, called the Acid Rain, the STF, and the Kimura Lock. He uses Humours of Glen Dart by Greg Knowles and Mike Taylor as his theme song. He is a two-time GWO Champion and a one-time GWO Tag Team Champion.
Creamsicle made his GWO debut on September 1, 2020 in a singles match against Shade for the vacant GWO Championship. Creamsicle lost the match as Shade became the champion. He then went on to win the championship against Shade in a No Limits match later on in the day. He retained the title in another No Limits match that night. Shade hit a Pedigree, WWE Legend Triple H's finishing maneuver, on Creamsicle, but Creamsicle was able to kick out of the cover. Shade got overconfident, and Creamsicle surprised him with a takedown. Creamsicle was able to trap Shade's shoulderblades onto the mat for the count of 3, thus winning the match and retaining his GWO Championship.
He went on to lose the title back to Shade on September 5 in a Falls count anywhere match. His first reign as GWO Champion lasted four days with one defense. He was involved in a Triple Threat match with Tater McFry and Shade, the GWO Champion, for the championship. Creamsicle did not win the match.
Creamsicle called out the champion Shade on September, 11, 2020. He spoke to the camera about how he was tired of Shade being the champion. He demanded Shade come out so he could speak to his face. Shade came out and they exchanged words for a short while before Creamsicle challenged Shade to a GWO Title match. Shade accepted right then and there, and the match began. Eventually, Shade won the match.
Creamsicle once again got a title match with Shade on September 25. During this match, he debuted his Curtain Call finishing maneuver. He hit three of them in the match, and on the third one, he pinned Shade to win the GWO Championship.
On September 25, Creamsicle lost his GWO Title to Nolan in a Last Man Standing match. This match is the longest match in GWO history, lasting 16 minutes and 21 seconds. This match did not have commentary and instead was posted without added sound effects or commentators. This match is widely regarded as the greatest match in GWO history.
On October 5, Creamsicle made his tag team debut with his partner Grayson. Their tag team is called The Nerds. The Nerds' first match was against the Demolition Crew for the vacant GWO Tag Team Championships. The Nerds won the match, becoming inaugural GWO Tag Champs. Creamsicle and Grayson are still tag champs to this day.
Shade
Shade currently holds the record for most GWO Championship reigns at three. He is a part of the Demolition Crew Tag Team, alongside Nolan. He uses an instrumental `version of Dr. Feelgood by Motley Crue. His finishing maneuvers include the Nut Stomp and the Shade Special Submission.
Shade made his GWO debut on September 1, 2020 against Creamsicle in a match for the vacant GWO Championship. He won the match, becoming the inaugural GWO Heavyweight Champion. His first reign lasted a matter of hours, as he lost the belt to Creamsicle later on that day in a No Limits match. He got yet another title opportunity that night, but got surprise-pinned by the champion Creamsicle.
Shade's second reign as GWO Champ began on September 5, as he beat Creamsicle in a Falls Count Anywhere match. Like all other Gladiator Wrestling Organization matches, the location of filming is unknown, but Shade hit a Splash Dive off the top of a couch to pin Creamsicle. He lost the championship in a triple threat match with Tater McFry and Creamsicle. His second reign lasted two days and contained no defenses.
On September 9, Shade challenged McFry to a singles match for the GWO Title. Shade won the match, becoming a record three time GWO Champion. His reign ended on September 19 during a singles match with Creamsicle. Creamsicle went on to lose the belt in a Last Man Standing match with Shade's partner, Nolan.
Shade and Nolan made their GWO Tag Team debut on October 5 against The Nerds in a match in which the winner would be crowned GWO's first-ever tag team champions. Grayson eventually pinned Shade in this match.
Grayson
Grayson is the second-largest Gladiator by size, after Creamsicle. He is one half of the Nerds tag team with Creamsicle. They are in their first reign as GWO Tag Team Champions. Grayson is currently in his first reign as GWO Heavyweight Champion. He uses Humours of Glen Dart by Greg Knowles and Mike Taylor as his theme song. His finishing maneuver is the Nutcracker.
Grayson appeared in his first ever GWO match on September 1. He faced off against Nolan in GWO's inaugural Box match. After being beaten down by Nolan with a variety of weapons including a baseball bat, steel chair, and thumbtack, he delivered a powerbomb to Nolan through a cardboard box for the win. On September 5, he faced off against Nolan in a Blindfold match, in which both competitors must wear a blindfold. Grayson hit the Stunner, the move made famous by WWE legend "Stone Cold" Steve Austin and pinned Nolan to win the match.
Grayson got more than a full month off before his next match. On October 6 he faced GWO Champion Nolan in an Escape The Room match, (in which competitors are locked inside a room and the first to escape and have both feet touching the ground will be named the winner) for the GWO Championship. The match appeared to be filmed inside some sort of trailer. The trailer consisted of one small room with one door. Right outside the door, there was a small set of stairs with tall railings on each side. Nolan lined Grayson up on top of the right side railing. Nolan pushed Grayson, and Grayson fell off the railing to the ground. Nolan realized his mistake and put his hands on his head shortly after it happened. Grayson was determined the winner, and his first reign as GWO Champion was underway.
One day before, Grayson made his GWO Tag Team debut as a part of The Nerds tag team with Creamsicle. The Nerds took on The Demolition Crew, Shade and Nolan's tag team. The winner would be named the inaugural GWO Tag Team Champions. Late in the match, Grayson hit a pair of Nutcrackers on Nolan. After the second one, Nolan went flying, but, unfortunately for The Nerds, right into his own corner. Shade made the tag and was the legal man. However, after a while, Grayson hit a superplex off of a box to Shade. He then tagged in Creamsicle, who hit his own superplex on Shade. Creamsicle once agai
Grayson has since defended his title once, on October 15. He took on Nolan in a Falls Count Anywhere match. The match began in an unnamed location outdoors on top of a hill. The match carried down the hill, and the Gladiators went by the trailer in which the Escape The Room match was filmed in. Eventually, they found themselves on top of a beach. The beach appeared to have a dock and a small boat. Eventually, they boarded the boat and the boat left the shore. They exchanged punches. Grayson threw a punch that didn't appear to touch Nolan, but Nolan lost his balance and fell off the boat, which caused Grayson to also fall off. They swam back to shore where Grayson hit a Nutcracker to pin Nolan and retain the title.
Today, Grayson's overall record as a GWO Gladiator is 5-1, with his only loss coming in a Fatal 4 Way Elimination WrestleBoxing match with Shade, who won the match, Nolan, and Creamsicle, on October 19. This was during Grayson's GWO Championship reign, but the match was a non-title match so Grayson kept his belt.
Nolan
Nolan is widely regarded as GWO's most athletic Gladiator. He is also incredibly speedy and is known for the quick pace he likes in his matches. He is a part of The Demolition Crew tag team, along with his partner Shade. He uses an instrumental version of Dr Feelgood by Motley Crue as his theme song. His finishing maneuver is the Tornado DDT. He is a one-time GWO Champion.
Nolan debuted on September 1, 2020, in a Box match against Grayson. Nolan lost that match after being powerbombed through a cardboard box. He also was defeated by Grayson in a Blindfold match.
In his third match, he defeated the GWO Heavyweight Champion Creamsicle in a Last Man Standing match, which received high praises from multiple sources. This match marked the beginning of Nolan's first and only title reign.
Nolan lost his title in his first defense, which was an Escape The Room match against Grayson on October 6(see Grayson section).
He then challenged Grayson for the championship in a Falls Count Anywhere match, but was unsuccessful in that match as well.
Nolan made his GWO Tag Team debut on October 5. The Demolition Crew took on The Nerds in a normal tag match for the vacant tag titles, but The Nerds won that match and Nolan has never been a tag team champion.
Tater McFry
Tater McFry is regarded by most as GWO's least technical wrestler. He wrestles a lot like a football player and is very powerful and brutal. Tater McFry uses Party Time as his theme song, which was created by Gladiator Wrestling Organization. McFry doesn't have any particular finishing moves. He is a one-time GWO Champion.
On September 7, 2020, it was announced in a separate video that GWO had signed McFry. McFry made his GWO debut later that day in a GWO Championship triple threat match with Creamsicle and the champion Shade. At the end of the match, Shade was beating up Creamsicle with a baseball bat as McFry watched from behind. McFry snuck up behind Shade and smacked him with a wooden stick. He then rolled up Shade and kept him down for the count of three, winning the match and the GWO Championship in his debut.
McFry's first reign lasted two days. On September 9, McFry defended his title against Shade. After a few minutes, Shade hit a Samoan Drop on McFry and pinned him to regain the GWO Championship.
McFry competed in his final GWO match so far on September 12. He faced Creamsicle in GWO's first-ever WrestleBoxing match. At the 32 second mark, McFry connected with a huge right jab to the face of Creamsicle. Creamsicle fell down, knocked out. McFry jumped on top of Creamsicle to finish him off, but the ref stopped the match before he had the chance. McFry won by knockout.
On the pilot episode of the GWO Show, it was revealed that McFry sustained a serious knee injury weeks before. Clement explained that GWO had just been informed one night before (October 19) of the injury. McFry had not been wrestling or getting paid because of the injury that was sustained in training. Clement said that there was no known timetable on the return of McFry.
The GWO Show
Gladiator Wrestling Organization made a second channel on October 20, 2020, called The GWO Show. GWO made this channel because it wanted to increase viewer's knowledge about the whereabouts of the promotion. On the show, reporter Cole Clement discusses breaking news, match predictions and reactions, exclusive interviews, and more. The pilot episode of The GWO Show was posted the same day as the channel's creation. In the episode, Clement explains what the channel is, why it was created, and why viewers should be interested. He also breaks the news of Tater McFry's apparently serious knee injury. The next day, GWO posted a video on their main channel of Creamsicle, Nolan, and Grayson telling viewers to go check out The GWO Show. In matches posted on following days, Cole Clement, who is also GWO's main commentator, was aggressive in informing viewers of The GWO Show.
