Alexander Villaseñor (born January 29, 1998), is an American actor, screenplay writer, director, entrepreneur and CEO of Modern Image Music Group. Villaseñor was born and raised in South Central Los Angeles. At an early age, Villaseñor started modeling and acting professionally. He has worked with renowned actors and directors such as Peter Berg and Alejandro Alcondez.

Early Life

Alexander Villaseñor was born on January 29, 1998 in Martin Luther King Jr. Hospital in South Central, Los Angeles. He was Born to a renown fashion designer and real-estate investor Jose L. Villaseñor, and Maria C. Villaseñor a production manger for his clothing company.

Career

2004-2017 Career Beginnings

In 2005, at the tender age of seven. Villaseñor starred in a short movie loosely based on DC Comic's, Batman themed movies. The short's working title finally became "Batman In The City Of Angels".

In 2007, Alexander starred in his first major motion picture. "Cielito Lindo" was written and directed by Mexican actor Alejandro Alcondez.[1] Concurrently, Villaseñor was the opening act for fashion shows that featured his father's clothing line "Modern Image Clothing Inc." Under the wing of acting coach Walter Pridgen Villaseñor began to train and develop his craft. This same year, Villaseñor signed with Momentum Talent a major talent agency in Beverly Hills. Gary Purdy, owner, began to place Villaseñor in the appropriate casting calls, Law & Order, Cloud Atlas, S.W.A.T., Despicable Me 2. etc. etc.

In 2012, (at age 14) Alexander wrote, and directed his first short film entitled "CAMERAS". Cameras gave Villaseñor the opportunity to learn the process at a very early age; casting, shooting, directing, editing. and finally composing the score.

In 2014, Alexander had the pleasure to work with renowned director Peter Berg in a national campaign for the FDA's "The Real Cost". [2] This same year, Villasenor starred in Santa Monica College's Muñecas.

In 2017, as a senior in High School. Villasenor became a national finalist for the August Wilson National Monologue Competition. He had the pleasure to work on Broadway at the August Wilson Theatre in New York City.
