- This article lacks the regulatory control protein factors that mediate the processing of DNA ends in preparation for DNA repair. The article also lacks to mention the formation and resection of Mitotic DSBs, and Telomere ends. Furthermore, this article could benefit with the addition of regulatory control proteins, studies of DSB repairs in S. Cerevisiae, and the role of Telomeres as DSBs.
