Examples of good feedback
A good article evaluation can take a number of forms. The most essential things are to clearly identify the biggest shortcomings, and provide specific guidance on how the article can be improved.
Overall, the draft looks very well written and covers a broad range of the topic. I found no spelling errors, only a single grammar error, and the formatting is very well done. The topic sets a neutral tone throughout and is very thorough in detail without overcomplicating. The added citations seem to be well sourced.
The grammar error is noted in the last sentence of the second paragraph in the "Personal Life" section. I don't believe the comma between hiring and but is needed.
