Examples of good feedback
A good article evaluation can take a number of forms. The most essential things are to clearly identify the biggest shortcomings, and provide specific guidance on how the article can be improved.
The sandbox represents a good start! Valuable information is added about Mayfair dressing, St Louis Style pizza and concretes from Ted Drewes. I would suggest adding some information about the ingredients in Mayfair dressing to add clarity.
The other sections are strong, and I like the inclusion of local lore in the Concrete section.
My main suggestion would be to add some information on the broader influence of St. Louis cuisine in the Midwest or around the USA. In addition, some more pictures would be nice.
The bibliography looks great, good sources were added.
