A good article evaluation can take a number of forms. The most essential things are to clearly identify the biggest shortcomings, and provide specific guidance on how the article can be improved.
I learned a lot from your article on Columbia Park, and I can see the substantial edits you made. Your introduction is great as it states the state, time of creation, and location in Seattle. I also checked some of your citations and their links are all working; I think you re-phrased them well to avoid plagiarism. I made a few syntax edits to help with sentence structure and article flow. One thing I noticed was the acronym WPA - it may be helpful to expand on this acronym since some people may not know what it means - I had to look up the definition. Overall, great job in expanding this article!
