DR NOEL EDENABUOHIEN UKPONAHIUSI, (O.D Benin, MBBS in view); was born in 19th of May in early 80's in Benin city. He hailed from Uselu in Egor Local Government Area, Benin city, Edo state. He attended Edaiken Primary school where he obtained his primary school leaving certificate in 90's. He enrolled into Evbareke secondary school where he furthered his secondary education.
