Nout Ingen Housz
[edit]Nout Ingen Housz is a Dutch Drummer and Singer
He studied percussion at the Sweelinck Conservatorium in Amsterdam and received his certificate in 1993. The same year he won the Middelsee Festival with the group Ninsk. Nout has got national and international a lot of experience. Many groups in which he plays are related to jazz. He made CD's with: Ninsk, Ernst Glerum, Tetzepi Bigtet, Egon kracht, Jeroen Zijlstra, and Wende Snijders. Besides this he has been a percussion teacher for many years. Giving lessons at music schools, youthcenters, projects at elementary schools and a workshop for 3 days (2x a year) are part of that. Ingen Housz takes part in the schoolproduction "Jazztijdperk", a show about the history of jazz, which has a lot of succes at theatres and schools.
