ELEKS a Ukraine-based company provides software engineering,consulting and quality management services. The main areas of expertise are mobility^[1]^[2], CUDA^[3] , data science^[4], HPC, cloud computing, heterogeneous computing systems, digital production^[5]^[6], and automated testing. ELEKS was founded by Skrypnyk Sr. and Jr. (a father and a son) in 1991 as an independent enterprise. The core business of that time was focused on development of power engineering and power distribution systems.

ELEKS is a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner^[7], IBM Business Partner, Intel Software Partner^[8], Borland Technology Partner and a member of such associations as IT Ukraine Association, RUSSOFT Association^[9], American Chamber of Commerce in Ukraine, Ukrainian Association of Software Developers, and European Business Association.

According to an annual ranking published by Developers.org.ua[1] ELEKS is among 3 IT Employers of 2014 in Ukraine.
