Early life and education

Mishra was born to Manju Devi and Brahmdev Mishra on 07 October 1992 in Rosera., He completed his graduation with an B.A. in Political Science from U.R.College, Rosera, and was awarded a first-class degree.His activism started with ABVP of Rosera the Student leader of the ABVP, He also joined the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) as a swayamsevak, or volunteer, in 1996.
