"kneedeepnsteep" is the chosen user name for Adrian Ward of the University of Queensland. Why? He is passionate about skiing.

Adrian is the developer of sustainability related programs at the University of Queensland in Brisbane, Australia. He is currently a course co-ordiantor / tutor / asssistant lecturer in "Environmental Markets & Emissions Trading", "Introduction to Macro Economics", and, "Organisational behaviour". He supervisors the student's enrolled in the Sustainable Enterprise Management program, which is a major under the university's Bachelor of Business Degree Program.

Adrian has conducted academic and industry-demanded research in cleantech, sustainable business practice and corporate social responsibility. He has a keen interest in Underground Coal Gasification. Adrian has engaged with industry, including Billabong, Freedom Fuels, the Finance and Energy Exchange (FEX) on a number of carbon measurement and strategy projects.
