Thomas Dunlop & Sons founded 1851, in Glasgow, the company was most famous for the Clan Line of sailing ships and the Queen Line of steamers. The headquarters were located firstly at, Madeira Court, Argyle Street, then at the Com Exchange Buildings, 5 Waterloo Street, both in Glasgow.^[1]^[2]
