I use AWB to make semi-automated edits to articles on schools in the UK. This page outlines what sort of edits I do, so that I don't end up adding unnecessarily long edit summaries.

My current AWB settings help me:

• Apply WP:MOS, particularly (but not solely) to infoboxes, mostly MOS:SURNAME and MOS:DOCTOR but also things like MOS:POSTNOM
• Remove names fromr_head when it is misused; the parameter is ONLY for religious heads (hence "r_head"), such as school chaplains.
• Fix misuse of the head, head2, or free_label/free_text fields when they are used for deputy or assistant heads; the template documentation makes it clear that these roles should not be listed in the infobox
