K Theory is an American electronic music trio based out of San Francisco, CA. Current members are Dustin Musser, Dylan Lewman, and Malcolm Anthony. K Theory is known for their innovative remix work as well as their original productions. K Theory is one of the few EDM acts to combine a live rapper, DJ, and keyboardist into a live show.[1]
Background
[edit]DJ Dylan Lewman met up with composer Dustin Musser in 2011 after attending musical school together. They formed a duo and began releasing tracks, adding frontman Malcolm Anthony to the group in 2013.[2]

Personal Life
[edit]In 2013, Dylan Lewman was on tour performing in Hawaii. While hiking through an infected water source at Maunawili Falls Trail, he contracted leptospirosis. Several weeks later while on tour, he became ill on stage. This was misdiagnosed as fatigue from being on tour, while his condition only worsened. Eventually, the doctors at Morristown Medical Center were able to treat Dylan after admitting him.[3][4]
