Samiksha Singh is an Indian model and multiple beauty pageant titleholder.[1] She won the title of Miss Queen of India 2019 and represented India at the Miss Asia Global 2019 pageant held at Kerala, in India.[2] [3]
Education and career
[edit]Samiksha was born in the city of Noida, Uttar Pradesh.[4] She did her schooling from the Delhi Public School[5] She persued a graduation degree in maths and finance from the Ramjas College, Delhi University and London School of Economics,London.
She is a trained Bharatnatyam dancer and have been performing at concerts and shows since childhood. She is actively involved in social work and has given workshops on women empowerment. She is an animal activist and is involved with rescue and rehabilitation of stray animals.
Pageantry
[edit]Samiksha’s pageant journey strayed young when she auditioned for Miss Teen India at the age of 15 but couldn’t make it. She made up her mind to pursue pageantry after her studies and won miss north India in 2013. She was also among top 12 finalist of glamanand supermodel (Miss earth India 2015) to select India’s representative to miss earth 2015. She won campus princess 2016 from Jaipur and made it to top 29 of Femina Miss India 2016. In 2019, she entered Miss queen of India 2019 and won her right to represent India at Miss Asia Global 2019, which was held in Kerala, India in 2019. She finished as top 5 in Miss Asia Global , competing against 40 countries and also won “Miss beautiful face” award.
