Both parameters are optional; the archives link does not display if the first parameter is omitted, and the second defaults to {{BASEPAGENAMEE}} and won't need to be specified in most cases.
This template will be placed at the bottom right of the page. Due to absolute positioning, it may display erratically (solution: {{subst}} plus manual editing).
