The content is organized and easy to read. It lacks bias and presents information that follows the Wikipedia guidelines. The table could be labeled oral health services or oral health agencies, since oral health resources aren’t limited to just the agencies. There are no introductory statements, but because the format of the content is a table of information, I think it is fine. The strengths of the content include its user friendly language and format; it is very easy to read, navigate, and locate important contact information on the page. Try to space out the locations for Community Medical Centers, because at first sight, three addresses looked like one whole address. Otherwise, everything is good and just needs some tweaking and adding on. This section definitely adds on to the article’s quality as a whole, and will be extremely helpful for current or future San Joaquin residents who are looking for dental services.

Overall, the content is concise and summarizes content about fishing and health concerns in the San Joaquin River, but it could include a lot more articles and information. The paragraph begins by referencing multiple studies, but only one citation is provided. The last statement should have a citation for the quote, and the section overall could expand to include more information. Name the types of changes state agencies–and name the state agencies involved–tried to enact.
