Andany (/ˈændəni/ AND-ə-nee Listen), officially the Principality of Andany, is a democratic semi-crowned principality micronation mainly located on the island of Province of Olbia-Tempio, Sardinia, Italy. The micronation was founded on 25 July 2017 by democratic, Mexican-born Pablo Macías López.

The official website of Andany states that the country was created as an independence movement due to the Italian government not enforcing laws on overfishing local endangered marine wildlife, in particular, the queen conch.[3] The mainland, owned officially by the Government of Andany, covers around 2.64 km² (664.64 acres), roughly a little larger than the European microstate Monaco.[4]

There has been no diplomatic recognition of Andany by any member of the United Nations, though, a request for recognition has been sent to the State of Hawaii, in specificity, Governor of Hawaii David Ige.[5] The principality is more notable for fulfilling all aspects of the Montevideo Convention.
