Lots has changed since my last post! I picked up a Palm Zire 72b at a garage sale. I do use Bluetooth for hot syncing. Some occasions Windows 10 gives me a message Port is in use by another device. For my case com3. Some easy fix is to exit Hot Sync Manager and relaunch. Click on devices, connection. You need to click on the comport. You will see USB either checked or unchecked, just change as in toggle to what was there. Try hot syncing again!
