he Second Gillard Ministry is the 67th Australian ministry. It is led by Julia Gillard of the Australian Labor Party.

The members of the Second Gillard Ministry were announced on 11 September 2010 following the 2010 election. The Independent member for Lyne, Robert Oakeshott was offered a position within the ministry when he promised his support to a Labor led government. However, he declined the offer on 10 September.
