  • The author Sekhar Sonika is from National Law University and Judicial Academy and studied Civil Law and Consumer Protection Law in detail, along with some aspects of Criminal Law. My topic is consumer protection, so I choose her article to prove my topic.
  • The content of this sources can support my topic because it is about the history of consumer protection. It presented how the president Kennedy and Ralph Nader did to protect the consumer's rights long time ago.
  • President Kennedy first presented the concept of Consumer protection, and push to enact many laws to help protect the consumer's rights.
  • Ralph Nader wrote a famous book "Unsafe at Any Speed" which pointed out the faulty design of automobile, and help prevent many car accidents of those consumers.

  • I use the first page of chapter of this book to support my article because it contains the content that President Kennedy encourage to protect the consumers' rights. I puted it into the history of Consumer Protection part.
  • President Kennedy promise to become the man to support consumers who is high-power. He also claimed that the consumer is important to the economy, but the voice of consumers were not heard. He want to push the protection of consumers.
