Aakash Koirala (Nepali:आकाश कोइराला), born: March 19, 1988) is a Nepalese and works as an agriculturist. He has received many awards during his education including the merit scholarship to study Bachelor of Agriculture Science at Tribhuvan University from 2007–2011. He is often called as "Sky" among his colleagues and school classmates.

Education

Koirala,born in Bharatpur, in central Nepal. He did his schooling at Arunodhaya Higher Secondary school up to class 10. Then he went to Orchid Science College Bharatpur-10 Chitwan for his higher secondary education majoring physics and mathematics. Aakash Koirala finished his Bachelor in Agriculture Economics from Tribhuvan University, Institute of Agriculture and Animal Science. Aakash Koirala is currently studying Master of Science in Plant Science at Wageningen University and Research, Netherland

Career

Aakash Koirala in his college years, used to participated at Art exhibition and different program related to photography, he worked for NORMA Consultancy[[1]] as a Surveyor for 30 days in 5 districts (Taplejung, Illam,Morang, Saptari and Dhankuta) for the ‘Impact study of Commercial Agriculture Development Project (CADP)’ funded by Agricultural Development Bank. .

Completed Bachelor of Science in [[]]Agricultural Economics. And join a month contract at NARMA Consultancy[[2]] as a Surveyor for 30 days in 5 districts (Taplejung, Illam, Morang, Saptari, and Dhankuta) for the ‘Impact study of Commercial Agriculture Development Project (CADP)’ funded by Agricultural Development Bank. Later joined a local NGO named Rural Development and Environment Management Society (RUDES), Baitadi as a Program Officer in order to implement a Sustainable Livelihood and Food Security program (funded by OXFAM, Nepal) from August 2011 to April 2013. Then, as a Surveyor at Nepal Development Research Institute for 15 days in 1 Rupendhehi district Till, July 2017 he has been working at United Mission to Nepal as a Program Officer- Livelihoods.
