Option 1 looks good. Option 2 probably doesn't have enough sources. Option 3 is probably too high of a taxonomic level, and it'll be a lot of extra work to synthesize that much information. Options 4 and 5 could work. Just make sure you're writing the article that covers the whole genus and talks about it in general, and doesn't just copy text from species within the genus. - Josh
