Alan Stephen “Stevie B” Blanchard (born 3 March 1960) is a British singer-guitarist, songwriter and educator. Best known for playing in bands with Tom Robinson, Sector 27, Jane Wiedlin, Spear of Destiny (band), Desiree Heslop (Princess) and Twenty Flight Rockers.

In 1979, Blanchard joined Sector 27, a band formed by Tom Robinson and Jo Burt and released a critically acclaimed album, Sector 27, produced by Steve Lillywhite. The band received an enthusiastic reception at Madison Square Garden concert with The Police. In 1982 Tom Robinson handed over the reins of Sector 27 to Blanchard and Burt who went on to sign to John Reid (music manager) and play on the bill alongside Elton John at Wembley stadium.

In 1986, Blanchard played guitar on a UK tour with Princess and worked on the follow up single to Say I’m Your Number One. By 1987, Blanchard joined Spear of Destiny playing a UK tour, appearing on TV and performing on the Outlands album. 1988 saw Blanchard playing guitar at The Royal Albert Hall with Jane Wiedlin of The Go-Go’s.

At the start of the 90’s Blanchard pursued a new venture as a solo singer/guitarist preforming in the UK, Portugal and Switzerland until 2006. In 2000 Blanchard became the guitar tutor at The Hall School, Hampstead. By 2016, Blanchard expanded his teaching practice to his own guitar school, Flyingfingers.co.uk.
