Hello AK,

I like your choice of article, the lead especially. It captures the category of the pepper so well and explains the use of the of the spice. Thank you for adding the Background, History and Health Benefits. The background gives a good visual description of the crushed peppers which allows distinction between cayenne crushed peppers and other types of peppers.

I am not sure if I can edit but on the second line of the background, I noticed you you wrote "post" I am assuming you wanted to write 'most'.

Aside from that, I think this is a very informational article with credible references.
