TimeCamp[2][3][4][5][6][7] is an accurate and simple time tracking and analytic software operated by Time Solutions, headquartered in Wroclaw, Poland. It offers online time tracking, reporting and invoicing services through the website along with browser and desktop applications. It can be used by individuals, small businesses and international companies irrespective of their profession. TimeCamp tracks time on tasks and projects, either through an interactive task timer, manual entry or automatic mode. It offers three types of timesheets: manual, graphical and activities. The last one is monitoring of the overall work habits of employees by tracking computer activities in the background.

Automatic time tracker

[edit]

The automatic time tracker is based on the keywords defined for each task. Whenever a specific phrase appears in the title of an open window or URL address, the software begins counting up the time and logging them into timesheets. This feature works in the background, without the user’s participation, therefore, not causing an interruption in the task execution.

Reports

[edit]

TimeCamp enables to generate accurate reports from the work of employees. Thanks to the filters feature, summaries can be customized depending on the data needed to be presented. The data can also be easily exported to Excel.

Invoicing

[edit]

With invoicing mode the user has the ability to bill his or her clients accordingly to the time spent working on the specific case. It can even be done automatically right after one has finished, in that way speeding up/quickening the payment process.

Desktop app

[edit]

A desktop application, which can be downloaded both for Mac and PC, notes when the user switches between tasks, when he or she pauses the timer and detects computer activities. It creates an overall image of each user’s habits.

Cloud service

[edit]

Time entries and active timers are synchronized in real time via a cloud service to the web dashboard and various applications. Reporting features allow users to track the time spent on various projects and analyze their own productivity.

Integrations

[edit]

TimeCamp works with several online tools designed for project management like: Active Collab, Asana, Assembla, Basecamp, Jira, Pivotal Tracker, Podio, Redmine, Trello, Wunderlist.

Projects and tasks from those tools are imported to TimeCamp. The service logs the time spent on each assignment to the timesheets. Additionally, thanks to the plugin for Chrome for tools like ActiveCollab, Asana, Podio and Trello time can be tracked directly in the app.[8] It is also possible to see how much time has already been spent on the specific task.

TimeCamp is available in Atlassian Marketplace and Google Marketplace.[9][10]
