Aspire2 International owns and operates three registered private training establishment (PTE) delivering tertiary education and training at four campuses in New Zealand. Aspire2 International’s three providers are

• Aspire2 International Business & Technology,
• Aspire2 International Hospitality & Healthcare, and
• Aspire2 International English.

It is classified as Category 1, which is the highest ranking for an educational in New Zealand.

By studying with Aspire2 International students from anywhere in the world can learn and gain formal qualifications, that are accredited and quality assured by the New Zealand Qualifications Authority (NZQA). Programmes of study range from Levels 4 to 7 on the New Zealand Qualifications Framework (NZQF) in the areas of: Business & Accounting, IT & Computing, Health Services Management, Cookery, Hospitality Management, and English.

Aspire2 International is the largest private provider of vocational education to international students in New Zealand, and it has the third largest international student population in New Zealand after Auckland University and AUT.

The organisation operates four campuses across New Zealand with two in Auckland ( CBDand Henderson), one in Christchurch, and one in Tauranga.

History

Aspire2 International was formed in 2015 when Aspire2 Group Limited purchased Ntec and Queens Academic Group, which were both well established private tertiary providers. These two establishments were consolidated to create Aspire2 International.

Campuses and facilities

Aspire2 International operates 4 campuses in 3 New Zealand cities. Most study programmes are run in more than one city. This gives international students a choice of where to study as well as what to study.

Campuses are located in:

• Auckland CBD
• Henderson, Auckland (Cookery faculty only)
• Tauranga
• Christchurch

Campuses in Auckland CBD, Tauranga, and Christchurch campuses have their own library, café, shared kitchen facilities, and student services office.

Students

The student body is made up nearly entirely of international students with a significant presence of students coming from: India, China, Philippines, Japan, South Korea, Russia, and Latin America amongst others.

Pathways

Aspire2 International offers partnerships with other academic organisations for further education including: Massey University, AUT, Lincoln University, WINTEC, The University of Northampton UK, and Auckland ICT Graduate School (a joint initiative of The University of Auckland and Waikato University).
