Welcome - yes, this is my wannabe Wikipedia entry. I'm an amateur in everything I do these days, so proffessionally, the infoboxes should only be taken 50 - 75 % seriously.
Another point of creating this page is that if I do major changes in an article, I usually am very sure of what I'm writing. Not only do I want to give away proper answer, I also want to show you why I am so sure of what I write.
I was born in 1983 in Copenhagen, Denmark, where I still live. My dad was an actor and my mom is a psychologist.
What I *am* doing
[edit]I am a student of University of Copenhagen in Denmark. As for now, I'm studying Dutch. I'm still seeing how far it'll go (exam by exam, semester per semester), going on a bachelor (which should in theory be a reality in 2013).
I'm active in music as well - on amateur level. I sing in Revelation Gospel Choir. In some periods, I also use my voice otherwise and play the bass.
Besides that, I'm active in two different churches - both Protestant; one Lutheran-Evangelical and one Methodist - and have been somewhat political and humanitarian active.
What I *would like* to do
[edit]There are a lot of things that I would like to work with - it's just a question what will end up being the daily stuff and what will end up as a side thing, a hobby, or a daily habit.
Acting
[edit]This is what I wanted to do for my entire life. But warnings have been given, other paths have been considered, and other paths have found their way to the road of possibilities.
One half of the family has been educated and have worked within the business, so it came with the blood. I myself got started when I was three years old, having a role in a movie my dad directed. Later on I've been in every school play I could get a hold of, and started attending a theater school when I was 12 (where I was in an average of two pieces and a tour every year). Unfortunately, the school closed in 2004.
The plan is to audition for the public theater schools (crossing fingers for being accepted at the National in Copenhagen!) and see what happens.
The alternative is to study theatre studies at University of Copenhagen or dramaturgy at University of Aarhus and work with the stage through that - or otherwise get a hold of a position at a theater somehow.
Music
[edit]I'd love to work with music - but this will most likely be incorporated in the theater business.
I've been playing music since I was a wee girl, and I have a nice basic knowledge using my voice, an electrical bass, and a drumset.
Writing
[edit]Languages
[edit]I think this is one of the most obvious gifts I have - but it has been a long process of completely realizing and accepting it.
Since childhood, I have had lessons in/easy access to Danish, English, German, Spanish, Latin, Swedish, and Norwegian. I'd like to learn Dutch, Arab, French, and Italian as well.
I can educate myself at a university - possibly majoring in one language, minoring in another. This could end up as a master's degree and a translator examination. Or I could work abroad. Or...

[edit]The small things
[edit]I really do love the small surprises inbetween - even if it is a commercial for a product. Some Danish firms have made shorts, giving away a recepe and/or advise what kind of beverage goes with what. These shorts are shown after commercials, before informercials, on Danish commercial TV channels. Instead of seeing them as commercials for a specific product (although I also realize that that is what they are), I also see and enjoy these as miniature cooking shows as much as I enjoy watching e.g. Jamie Oliver's cooking shows.
Besides that, what is more amazing than suddenly enjoying good food from a certain perspective? Like those months when you have no money, but still find ingredients that in some odd way still fit together perfectly. Or just find the time to do a good meal and the energy to - well, actually doing it.
