Recently, various types of foreign higher education is a new trend in Vietnam, especially in large cities of Hanoi and Hochiminh. There are plenty of types of this new trend, but all have same points: the participation of foreign institutions and companies in different levels. Nowadays, most of famous universities in Vietnam have cooperated with foreign partners for their training programs. Moreover, Vietnamese Ministry of Education and Training also encourage this trend by creating Project of Advanced Program in 35 universities with many international partners from Singapore, the UK, the US, etc
