I greatly appreciate your commenting on the 1987 lawsuit paragraph. It really didn't belong there, but no one noticed that until you did. Coretheapple (talk) 22:42, 31 January 2024 (UTC)
- it's just kind of annoying to be told a lawsuit was filed but not how it turned out. Another example: I'm a Burt Lancaster fan and I found out his daughters filed suit about somebody basically giving away some of his work but when I try to google for the outcome, I can't find it. Call me uptight but I like complete stories. 100.15.117.34 (talk) 23:16, 31 January 2024 (UTC)
- True, and in this case it didn't belong in the article. Had it been filed yesterday, maybe. But it turned out to be not a biggee. Coretheapple (talk) 23:32, 31 January 2024 (UTC)
- You inspired me to add a paragraph to my user page mentioning your good work and advising editors to not disregard contributions by people who do not have accounts. That said, I urge you to get one. Thanks again! Coretheapple (talk) 23:40, 31 January 2024 (UTC)

[edit]Welcome to Wikipedia and thank you for your contribution(s). However, as a general rule, while user talk pages permit a small degree of generalisation, other talk pages such as Talk:Academy Awards are strictly for discussing improvements to their associated main pages, and many of them have special instructions on the top. They are not a general discussion forum about the article's topic or any other topic. If you have questions or ideas and are not sure where to post them, consider asking at the Teahouse. Thanks. skarz (talk) 14:17, 11 March 2024 (UTC)
This is the discussion page for an IP user, identified by the user's IP address. Many IP addresses change periodically, and are often shared by several users. If you are an IP user, you may create an account or log in to avoid future confusion with other IP users. Registering also hides your IP address. |
