What Orangemike, who I hope is not too proud to apologize, meant to write was that this block was overturned at AN because editors generally agreed that what the IP editor wrote was not actually a legal threat. IP editor, thank you for bringing the problems with the article to the community's attention (they've been addressed) and sorry about this surprise block.
