The article has one sentence that a person rides a bike for a cycling team. Then there are a few links at the bottom that don't work. A person or athlete must be generally notable such as, for cycling, competed at the Olympics or UCI World Championships. There is no mention at all that this person has competed in these events or won gold at an international multi-sport event.
