Mr. Dickinson, I understand why you removed the image, but this is the only freely licensed image we have of you, so we have to use it. If you'd like us to use a better one, please upload it at https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Special:UploadWizard if you own the rights to it and want to release it under a free license. It was uploaded as a joke by one of my students because they thought it was funny how bad it was. The uploader has asked for it to be removed. I uploaded my own picture but because I wasn't the person who took the photo I was told it couldn't be used. Can't you just revert to no picture?
