Hi I agree with you that our figures for Canada are almost certainly out of date - the trouble with the figures and source you wanted to use was that they explicitly daid that they included returning permanent Ukrainian residents of Canada - who by definition are not refugees. I looked for a more recent source for Canada but could not find it. Until one materialises, an out of date figure is preferable to a knowingly wrong one.
