[edit]Hello. Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia.
When editing Wikipedia, there is a field labeled "Edit summary" below the main edit box. It looks like this:
Edit summary (Briefly describe your changes)
Please be sure to provide a summary of every edit you make, even if you write only the briefest of summaries. The summaries are very helpful to people browsing an article's history.
Edit summary content is visible in:
Please use the edit summary to explain your reasoning for the edit, or a summary of what the edit changes. With a Wikipedia account you can give yourself a reminder to add an edit summary by setting Preferences → Editing → Prompt me when entering a blank edit summary. Thanks! 220 of ßorg 10:23, 19 August 2021 (UTC)
Hello, I'm Vigursii. I noticed that you added or changed content in an article, Sivaangi, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so. You can have a look at referencing for beginners. If you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. — Vigursii • 📨 08:14, 22 August 2021 (UTC)
Please do not add promotional material to Wikipedia, as you did to Sivaangi Krishnakumar. While objective prose about beliefs, organisations, people, products or services is acceptable, Wikipedia is not a vehicle for soapboxing, advertising or promotion. Thank you. bonadea contributions talk 09:03, 22 August 2021 (UTC)

I don't know where these COVID case figures came from, but you are changing figures from reliable, published, cited sources, like NSW Health. If you change the figure, you need to change the source too. OR give an explanation in the edit summary 220 of ßorg 11:27, 23 August 2021 (UTC)
This is the discussion page for an IP user, identified by the user's IP address. Many IP addresses change periodically, and are often shared by several users. If you are an IP user, you may create an account or log in to avoid future confusion with other IP users. Registering also hides your IP address. |
